1. Use of Lühikese Jala Galerii Webshop
Use of Lühikese Jala Galerii online shop and www.lyhikesejalagalerii.com (the “website”) is subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access the website, browse or place an online order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. If you have any questions about Lühikese Jala Galerii, these terms and conditions or our shop, please contact us.
This Website is owned and operated by Lühikese Jala Galerii OÜ in Estonia, company registration number: 10090429.
Lühikese Jala Galerii retains the right to amend, modify or withdraw the Website, these terms and conditions at its discretion without notice you. The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall be applicable to the order, even when there are subsequent amendments. These terms and conditions are constructed and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Estonia and directives from the European Union.

3. Terms of purchase
Lühikese Jala Galerii accepts orders made from our online shop. To place an order on the website, you must be over 18 years of age. You must provide us with a delivery address and contact details (such as an e-mail address and mobile number). This can be done in the shopping bag at the checkout.
Items placed in the shopping bag are not reserved until the order is placed and confirmed by Lühikese Jala Galerii.
· How to purchase a product
To make a purchase, the buyer will select the desired product and adds it to the cart by pressing the "Add to cart" button. Once all the desired products have been added to the cart, the buyer will then have to proceed to the checkout by pressing the "Check out" button. There the buyer will have to fill out the necessary data for purchase (Email or mobile phone number, first name, last name, address, postal code, city, country.) Once done the buyer has to proceed to the next page by pressing "Continue to payment". There the buyer will have the option to choose between multiple payment methods like Paypal and Makecommerce. There is also the option to change the billing address to something other than the shipping address. Once everything has been selected the buyer will proceed by pressing the "Complete order" button. They will then be redirected to the Makecommerce checkout where they will have to fill out some more data and the option to choose between different delivery methods and payment methods. The buyer will also have to agree with the terms of Makecommerce and Lühikese Jala Galerii OÜ. After payment, Lühikese Jala Galerii will send an email with confirmation of purchase.
· Contract and confirmation of order
When ordering goods on the website, a binding agreement to buy is concluded only after Lühikese Jala Galerii has confirmed the order to the email address given by you. The purchased item will not be dispatched before Lühikese Jala Galerii has confirmed the order and received payment.
· Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in Euros (€) on the Website and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Prices given on the date when the Customer makes an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process. Maximum purchase amount per order is € 3500 (including shipping and handling fees).
· Payment
All payments that are conducted with a credit- or debit card are made via Eesti Maksekeskus (Estonian Payments Centre). We accept card payments by Visa / MasterCard. The bank links are Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay. Finnish bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki

Lühikese Jala Galerii OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, Lühikese Jala Galerii OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Webshop in a secure environment - in the secure environment of the corresponding bank when paying with a bank link, and in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS when paying with a credit card. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the Online Store.
All credit- and debit card holders are subject to validation- and authorization control by the card issuer. If the issues of the given credit- or debit card refuses to authorize the payment to Lühikese Jala Galerii, you shall receive a message stating that the payment couldn’t be performed. Lühikese Jala Galerii shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order caused by such refusal to authorize payment.
· Deliveries
Delivery options vary between one site and another. Lühikese Jala Galerii aims to dispatch orders within 3 business days after the order is confirmed by Lühikese Jala Galerii. Delivery time within Estonia is usually within 2-3 working days, when ordering from abroad it takes 5-14 working days. We send by Estonian leading postal companies Omniva and Itella Smartpost. The goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.
When an order is dispatched the foreign customer will also receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, with information on how to track the shipment and the tracking number of the order. Should the delivery be materially delayed for more than 21 days, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase. In such case the customer is requested to contact Lühikese Jala Galerii by e-mail.
· Returns
Lühikese Jala Galerii Return Policy
Lühikese Jala Galerii offers a 14-day return policy, which means that you can return items you have ordered up to 14 days from the date you received your order, provided that the items are unused and are in their original condition. You must indicate the reason for returning the goods. The returned items shall, so much as possible, be packed in the same way as when the items were received.
What is not covered?
Lühikese Jala Galerii offers refunds for items which are faulty or broken and for the original delivery cost. Lühikese Jala Galerii doesn´t offer refund for the returning cost.
How to return items from your order?
You can cancel your order by notifying Lühikese Jala Galerii of your wish to do so by email within the 14-day cancellation period referred to above.
· Postal return
To return the unwanted items by postal services, please send the items to Lühikese Jala Galerii within 14 days of the date on which you received the items, to the following address:

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and will be responsible for the risk of damage during transport.
· Refunds
If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items. Please note that Lühikese Jala Galerii is not obliged to refund postal cost for sending and returning the item.
Lühikese Jala Galerii will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned items from you.
Lühikese Jala Galerii will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
· Notice of Defect
In the event of incorrect, damaged or defective products being received, you are requested to contact Lühikese Jala Galerii.
Lühikese Jala Galerii hopes to resolve all disputes via discussion in a framework of Estonian laws.
· Liability
Lühikese Jala Galerii retains the right to withdraw from the delivery of the order if there has been a clear or obvious price error on the website (e.g. the price of the product appears to be too high or too low or if price is given as 0€). In such case, Lühikese Jala Galerii shall inform you of the error and notify the correct price to you. All texts and images presented on www.lyhikesejalagalerii.com belong to Lühikese Jala Galerii or to the authors the gallery represents and cannot be used for any purpose without a prior written permission of Lühikese Jala Galerii. The items we sell are unique pieces of art and design objects created by certain authors – copying of these items is prohibited.
Lühikese Jala Galerii is not liable for any errors in texts or images. Lühikese Jala Galerii is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and Lühikese Jala Galerii at the time we entered into the Contract. Lühikese Jala Galerii shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of products to the extent that the delay is caused by any event outside of Lühikese Jala Galerii’s reasonable control (force majeure).
While Lühikese Jala Galerii aims to accurately describe items and images on www.lyhikesejalagalerii.com, there may be colour variations between the images and the actual products due to a number of factors such as the used internet browser or the monitors colour contrast configurations. Lühikese Jala Galerii cannot be held responsible for differences in colours as a result of aforementioned factors. Lühikese Jala Galerii shall have the right to interrupt the use of www.lyhikesejalagalerii.com at any time for example on account of maintenance procedures.
