Please read about our privacy policy before you browse or place an online order in the gallery webshop website. This privacy policy is a part of purchase contract between Lühikese Jala Galerii and its clients and also a part of Terms and Conditions for using the webshop.

 

1. Collecting and processing data

We do collect following data from our clients:

· Name, surname

· e-post address

· phone number

· postal address

· IP-address

· Correspondence between the client and the gallery

 

2. Use of cookies

The gallery webshop website uses cookies in purpose to optimize traffic and to analyse the usage of the webpage. If the client`s browser settings allow cookies then after opening the website they will be activated immediately.

The gallery webshop website uses following cookies:

Google Analytics – collects anonymous numeric information about the summary of the visits made to the webpage per day, duration of the visits and also indicates, which pages were most visited.

Session Cookies – are used in purpose to maintain functionality of the webpage. All collected data will be deleted after the client closes the browser and thereby ends a session.

Facebook Pixel – the cookies are used to direct advertisements in Facebook and collect numerical data by Facebook.

The client can always refuse cookies by regulating browser settings, which enables either not to allow or to select the cookies or to receive a warning each time when the cookies are used.

 

3. The purpose of collecting data

Lühikese Jala Galerii OÜ is the responsible processor of personal data, Lühikese Jala Galerii OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS

Lühikese Jala Galerii collects data from clients in purpose to enable services by the gallery and purchases via the gallery webshop webpage, including:

· to process orders

· to manage relations between the gallery and the client

· to analyse the sales and keep a database of clients

· to develop the webshop and enable better and more convenient usage of the webshop

· to enable artists and designers contributing to the gallery to get to know the buyers of their work (if the client wishes so)

· to develop the webshop using the numerical data provided by cookies

 

4. The ways of collecting data

Lühikese Jala Galerii webshop collects data through the gallery webshop webpage, through correspondence by e-mail or postal system and through phone conversations.

 

5. The maintenance and protection of the data

All digital data is saved in servers in European Union or in the states of European Economic Area. Client data will be saved during 3 years after purchasing from the gallery webshop and bookkeeping data will be saved during 7 years according to The Accounting Act of Estonia.

Access to the client`s data is available to the staff members only and also to the leading members of the gallery. The data can be used in purpose to offer gallery services only. According to Estonian and European laws there can be exceptions when the gallery must keep the data for a longer period.

 

6. Sharing the data

Lühikese Jala Galerii webshop shares client`s data:

· with postal companies in purpose to send purchased items

· with Eesti Maksekeskus or Paypal in purpose to process the payments

· with other persons or institutions concerning the certain deal, if necessary. (For example, with an artist or a designer if the client wishes so).

 

7. Client rights concerning processing the data

The Client has right to request to replace incorrect data.

Any misuse of client`s data can be reported to Data Protection Inspectorate of Estonian Republic or other relevant legal institution.
